Collected daily from our happy hens. Rich yolks, deep flavor.

Fire-Roasted Pepper Flakes, $14 (4 oz. jar)

Crafted from five varieties of peppers grown right here on the farm: jalapeños, serranos, poblanos, Big Jim chiles, and yellow hot peppers. Fire-roasted, slow-dehydrated, then hand-crafted into bold, sweet, smoky flakes. Small batch. Big flavor.

Artisan Breads, $14/loaf

Crusty, hearty loaves baked to order with care and old-world love. Ask us what’s rising this week!

Jeff’s World-Famous Firehouse Salsa, $8/pint or $15/quart

This one’s legendary. Five fire-roasted peppers, deep layers of flavor, handcrafted in small batches. Bold, addictive, unforgettable. Made fresh to order.

Fresh Rosemary, $3

Fragrant sprigs available now. Harvested straight from the garden. Add depth to your dishes or dry for later use.

Farmhouse Pierogies, $15/dozen

Made-from-scratch dough, filled with creamy potato, cheese, and a kiss of pepper. Comfort food at its finest. Frozen and ready to cook with instructions.
