Our Arbequina Spanish olives are small, firm, purple olives, not the large table olives most people picture. These are fresh from the tree, wonderfully flavorful, and must be cured or processed before eating. Perfect for home fermenters, briners, and anyone who loves creating gourmet olives from scratch.
